Sorry guys! I keep forgetting to post! It's because I moved the bookmark on my browser from the toolbar to a drop down menu.... had to make room for the online class links... ugh.
Everything is going well. I'll admit to being afraid to weigh myself. I haven't weighed since I started consolidation... and I'm fearing that I've gained weight. I don't necessarily FEEL like I've gained... but my inner critic is doubting the program in a big way. I'm going to try to work up the courage tomorrow or Monday.... yikes!
Friday:
Breakfast:
Oat Bran Porridge w/ 1 chopped strawberry
Coffee w/ fixins
Lunch:
Sandwich w/ turkey, mustard, and hard boiled egg
1 low fat string cheese
Dinner:
Tilapia Filet
Brussels sprouts
Strawberry/ Blueberries - 1 serving (combined)
Snack:
"Malt" made with fat-free ice cream and milk blended w/ a little lowfat whipped cream

Sandwich with roast beef, turkey, mustard, ff cream cheese and hard boiled egg.
1 low fat string cheese
1 strawberry banana nonfat yogurt
Dinner:
Salmon Filet
Sauteed Kale
Strawberries - 1 serving
Snack:
Fat-Free Ice cream malt (I love these, I wait all day for one!! :) )
