It's only Tuesday... and already this week has been sort of nuts. All the whacky craziness has prevented me from posting like I said I would. I apologize for this. Feeling sort of sluggish tonight - which could be because I had to get up super early in preparation for the electrical wiring debacle.... a debacle that I will have to chronicle at a later date, because I'm almost too tired to keep my eyes open.
I've been suffering with a toothache for the past two days - completely unrelated to the diet, I'm sure - but I'm currently weighing the severity of my dental situation deciding whether I should go to the dentist. I sort of want to be a big baby about it and wait until BF comes home - then he can accompany me. For now, I'm taking ibuprofen and Anbesol... and hoping that the toothache will disappear on its own. UGH....
So, without further ado, here are the vitals from today and yesterday:

Passion Tea/ Ginger Ale Spritzer
Fat-Free Chocolate Vanilla Swirl frozen yogurt.
Dinner:
Salmon Filet
Sauteed Spinach and Mushrooms
Asparagus
