Hello my people! I'm going to be completely honest and just say that I'm far too tired right now to write a whole lot.... so my witty, charming banter and funny anecdotes about dieting and life will have to wait for tomorrow.

Oat Bran Porridge
Coffee w/ fixins
Banana Creme non fat yogurt
Lunch:
Romaine Lettuce Salad with Crab and Shrimp
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Venti Starbucks Passion Tea w/ sweetener
Snack in between classes:
turkey lunchmeat
2 hard boiled eggs
Orange Bliss non-fat yogurt (Isn't that a great name for yogurt?! It WAS rather blissful.)
Dinner:
leftover Pork Tenderloin with mushroom cream sauce
leftover Green Beans
leftover Brussels Sprouts
Fat Free Vanilla Fro-Yo
More tomorrow... once I've slept!!!
