PP days are the worst... I'm just not even going to sugar-coat it. I dread PP days. It's hard ya'll.... but I'm powering through. Today - I feel like I've been eating non-stop... I'm eating all the approved stuff, and I know unlimited quantities are allowed, but my rational brain ( or maybe it's my IRRATIONAL brain) doesn't want to believe that that's ok...
I've never been one for emotional eating really... but eating out of boredom? Now, THAT is definitely a problem. One that the Dukan plan is really devoid of is really good go-to snacking food. Portable, easy, satisfying... ya know like chips, nuts, or a cookie... those kinds of things. This is where I run into trouble, and why I inevitably end up eating 4 things of yogurt or 3 hard-boiled eggs over the course of a day.
Sigh - so this, to me, is definitely a flaw of the plan. Maybe the French don't snack?

Dinner:
NY Strip Steak w/ sour cream and garlic dipping sauce
Sauteed Shrimp
Cottage Cheese
