Yes, everyone, BF has returned from the wilds of Taiwan. Surprisingly, not as crabby as I thought he was going to be after 3 airports, 2 3-hour layovers, and 22 total hours of travel time. :) What a trooper my man is! I'm very glad to have him home. I also introduced him to our newly CLEAN apartment - and promptly threatened him with bodily harm if he messed it up! HA! Such love....
Obviously, since BF is back.... I'm not going to write a lot tonight.... So, here's the good stuff:
Breakfast:
Oat Bran Porridge
Banana Creme non-fat Yogurt
Coffee w/ fixins
Lunch:
Romaine Lettuce Salad with hard boiled egg and crab
Dukan Balsamic Vinaigrette
Dinner:
2 chicken breast filets (not a whole breast- they're these super flat breast things... idk)
Mushroom Sour Cream Sauce
sauteed spinach
cottage cheese
1/2 Diet Rite Soda
Snack:
Green Tea with lemon and sweetener
Fat Free Vanilla Fro-Yo
