Preliminary Grocery List

 After reviewing the chapters on the "ATTACK!!" phase (BTW... I'm sorry... but whenever I say "attack phase" it sound like a battle cry in my head and I therefore have to write it that way.. and then giggle... there is also, incidentally, a facial expression that accompanies the inward battle cry... but I won't bore you with describing that) I have formulated a preliminary grocery list.

As you'll notice... it is TRULY, the meat-stravaganza. There are sample "recipes" in the book... but, in my estimation they are just trying to distract you from the reality that you are in fact eating the equivalent of an entire cow in three - four days time. I will, however, for the sake of getting the FULL EXPERIENCE attempt some of these recipes and report back on which ones are good and which ones are not. More to come!!

Whiting Filets

Eggs and Egg Substitute
Fat Free Cottage Cheese
Fat Free Cream Cheese
Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
Fat Free Sour Cream
Skim Milk

Fat Free Half and Half (for coffee)
Non-Fat Yogurt
Tofu
Oat Bran
Soy Sauce
Plain Yogurt

  1. I've been doing a lot of reading up on Organic vs non organic foods. I would highly reccomend you buying everything you possibly can in organic. My mom and I switched to organic foods at the beginning of this school year, and we both feel better in so many ways!
