Day 13 - PP - I can't think of a good title... LOL!

I was so tired last night that I fell asleep on the couch almost immediately after posting yesterday's blog post - woke up at 3am to my cat climbing on my chest (not really a pleasant way to wake up if you're not used to that kind of thing) .... I can't really blame her, I fell asleep before giving her dinner! Poor kitty!
So, I let myself sleep in a little bit this morning... even though I technically went to bed earlier than I normally would (fell asleep around 10ish) I don't feel like sleep actually "counts" if it doesn't happen in my bed... LOL!
BF made it safely to Taiwan - I got an email from him earlier today. It's like getting an email from the future... because in Taiwan time it was already tomorrow there... :) BF always jokes that he's jumping in the time machine to go there... hee hee.
Other than that, the day was pretty uneventful. I don't really have too much to say.... Diet's still going well. I'm going to amp up the activity level tomorrow and really get on the water consumption too! Still struggling with those things.... will keep everyone posted! :)

  1. How about a recipe for the Sour Cream and Garlic Sauce??? You've had that a lot lately and I'm curious!

I'm curious, too, if it was just the day that made you tired ... or if you think it could be related to Dukan?

  2. I will post a recipe for the Sour Cream/ Garlic Sauce - it's pretty simple really and a pretty good topper for meats that doesn't add a lot of sodium.
I think it was just the day that made me tired... had a long day with taking BF to the airport so early, then class all day. Didn't get a lot of sleep the night before.. ya know... I've been on Dukan for a while now, so my body has pretty much acclimated to the caloric cutback and the lack of carbs.
